Angelina Napoleon, a freshman at North Carolina State, won the women's elite 800 meters in 2:07.46 at the Camel City Invitational at JDL Fast Track in Winston-Salem, N.C. Napoleon became the first collegiate athlete in meet history to secure victory in the women's elite 800.
